Room service is a lifestyle shop located in the Detroit Shoreway Neighborhoods’ Gordon Square Arts District on the near west side of Cleveland, Ohio.

After building a career over the last ten years working in the Visual and Buying aspects of retail as well as Interior Design, owner Danielle DeBoe can finally indulge all of her own whims. This 600 sq. foot shop is the answer to her desire to stop having to cater her design choices to other brands and create a brand of her own…and in the process meet potential design clients that are interested in a fun, smart aesthetic that features good design but doesn’t forget to infuse the owner’s personality throughout.

Room Service is if nothing else, about juxtaposition of old and new. Starting with the space itself, an early 20th Century bank building with great bones (….once she revealed them through 6 weeks of aggressive demolition and construction)… to the ever-rotating assortment of the latest in home accessories, stationary, jewelry, wall art and much more.

Room Service is dedicated to the preservation and perpetuation of good design. We do not think that has to mean top dollar either. Everything we select for the store must stay in keeping with the approachable and attainable sensibility that is imperative to us.
